To deliver personalized sleep intelligence, Repos AI stores:

• Sleep logs — nap and night sleep start/end times, notes.
• Feeding logs — nursing sessions and bottle feeds (amount, time, duration).
• Diaper & growth logs — diaper changes, weight, height, head circumference.
• AI conversations — messages exchanged with the AI Sleep Coach to improve responses.
• Account info — email and authentication identifiers used to sign you in.
• Analytics — aggregated, anonymous usage signals and feedback on predictions.
• Subscription status — whether your account is Free or Premium (no card data is stored by us).

Your data is used solely to power your experience inside Repos AI — generating predictions, surfacing patterns, training the coach on your baby's rhythm, and improving the accuracy of future guidance for you.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics help us understand which predictions are useful and where the app can improve.

Repos AI is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Nothing in the app — including AI Coach responses, predictions, or sleep scores — is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional pediatric care. Always consult your pediatrician for medical concerns.

Your family's data is yours. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure infrastructure with strict access controls.

You can request a full export or permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Visit Support and tap “Delete My Account” — we process requests within 30 days.

Repos AI is designed for parents and caregivers (users 13 and older) to track information about their own infants and young children. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for children. Infant logs (sleep, feeds, diapers, growth) are entered by an adult account holder and are treated as that parent's personal data, stored under their account and deletable on request.

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact privacy@repossleepai.com and we will delete the account and associated data.

The AI Sleep Coach, predictions, and summaries are generated by large language and statistical models. To produce a response, the relevant subset of your baby's logs and your conversation with the coach is sent to our AI providers for inference. We do not permit those providers to use your prompts or responses to train their foundation models.

We may use de-identified, aggregated signals (e.g. which prediction types are accepted or dismissed) to improve Repos AI's own models and product. You can request that your data be excluded from these aggregated improvements by emailing privacy@repossleepai.com.

To operate Repos AI we share limited data with vetted service providers under contract, including:

• Hosting & database — Cloudflare (edge hosting) and Supabase (managed Postgres, authentication, storage).
• AI inference — model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) accessed through the Lovable AI gateway, configured to disable training on customer data.
• Email delivery — transactional email provider for verification, password reset, and account notices.
• Payments & subscriptions — Apple App Store / Google Play handle billing. We never receive or store your card details.
• Analytics — privacy-preserving, aggregate-only usage analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, Colorado Privacy Act, Virginia CDPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and Utah UCPA. These may include the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
• Access or receive a portable copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your data, subject to limited legal exceptions.
• Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
• Be free from retaliation for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email privacy@repossleepai.com from your account address. We will respond within 45 days.

We keep account and baby-tracking data for as long as your account is active, so predictions stay accurate over time. After account deletion, personal data is removed from production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days. De-identified, aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely. Legally required records (e.g. tax, fraud-prevention logs) are retained for the period required by law.
