The fine print, in plain words.

Repos AI provides general wellness information about infant sleep. It is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional pediatric care. If your baby shows any signs of illness or distress, contact a qualified healthcare provider.

Predictions, summaries, and coach responses are generated by machine learning models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Use your judgment as the parent — you know your baby best. Repos AI is a companion, never the final word.

Premium subscriptions unlock advanced features (AI Coach, advanced predictions, and more). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal through your app store account.

Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice. Refunds follow the policies of the app store through which the subscription was purchased.

You agree not to:

• Use Repos AI for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent the AI's responses as medical or professional advice.
• Share your account with others or upload data about anyone without consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repos AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Repos AI is not an emergency service, monitoring device, or safety system. It does not detect breathing, choking, SIDS risk, illness, or any other medical emergency, and it will not contact emergency services or caregivers on your behalf. If your baby is in distress or you believe there is a medical emergency, stop using the app and call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or your pediatrician immediately.

Using Repos AI does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, lactation consultant, sleep consultant, coach, or any other professional relationship between you and Repos AI, its operators, contractors, or affiliates. Content in the app — including AI Coach responses, articles, and Safety Center materials — is general educational information only.

Sleep windows, ideal bedtimes, overtired risk, sleep scores, and other predictions are statistical estimates generated from the data you log. They may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your baby's situation. Do not rely on them for medical decisions, feeding schedules, medication timing, or any other safety-critical choice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repos AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted access, or that the service will meet your requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

Please read carefully. You and Repos AI agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, and not in a court of law. The arbitration will be held in Texas, USA, or remotely, in English.

Class-action waiver. You and Repos AI each waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. Claims may be brought only in your individual capacity.

Jury-trial waiver. You and Repos AI each waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute permitted to proceed in court.

Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court if it qualifies.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@repossleepai.com with your account email and the words "Arbitration Opt-Out". Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Repos AI and its operators, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the app; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any content you upload or share through the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, any dispute that proceeds in court shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Repos AI is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages (including hosting, AI, or app-store providers), or government action.

You retain ownership of the logs, notes, photos, and other content you submit to Repos AI ("Your Content"). You grant Repos AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works of Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models without your consent.

From time to time we may label features as "beta," "preview," or "experimental." These features are provided as-is, may be changed or removed at any time without notice, and may be less reliable than the general service. Do not rely on them for important decisions.

If you obtained Repos AI from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Repos AI only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for product claims, intellectual property claims, or legal compliance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
